What began as a personal journey between two childhood friends, Amanda and Cara, has grown into a calling to help others reclaim their health. Despite living active and health-focused lifestyles, both women were unexpectedly diagnosed with Lyme disease in adulthood. The road to recovery was anything but easy, but it led them to something powerful: the healing potential of functional, natural nutrition and products.

With unwavering support from their husbands, what started as survival turned into a shared purpose. Amanda’s husband began crafting nutrient-dense juices to help fuel their healing, while Cara’s husband has been a steady support behind the scenes, helping the business thrive. Together, they poured their hearts into what would become Grounding Roots—a family-run wellness company rooted in authenticity, care, and community.

Alongside Grounding Roots, the friends also cultivated The Home Farm—a space where clean, intentional living comes to life through education, and connection. It’s a place that mirrors their belief that healing begins at the root: physically, emotionally, and spiritually.

Today, Grounding Roots and The Home Farm stand as a testament to friendship, resilience, and the power of living in alignment with nature.
