Purple Basil Lemonade @ The Home Farm
Ingredients:
1 bunch of purple basil
1 lemon (juice)
1 cup sugar
2 liters of boiling water
Directions:
- Wash and drain the basil well
- Add 1 cup sugar to a large container (glass or metal)
- Add 2 liters of boiling water on the sugar and stir until all sugar dissolves
- Add all the basil + juice of 1 lemon
- Let sit for 1,5 hours in room temperature
- Strain
- Keep in the fridge and drink chilled
