The specific products available for wholesale are listed on our product catalog. The Buyer may select products in full cases of 12 units or half cases of 6 units. 1.2 Pricing: Pricing for full cases and half cases varies by product. The Buyer may choose whether they order full or half cases on a per-product basis. Pricing details will be provided on a per-product basis in the invoice issued by the Seller. Pricing may increase, without notification, and will be noted on the website.Order and Payment Terms2.1 Minimum Order: The minimum order quantity is half a case of any item. 2.2 Payment: Payment must be made prior to the wholesale order being shipped out. The Seller will issue an invoice detailing the total amount due. The Buyer is responsible for paying this invoice in full before the shipment of products. 2.3 Shipping: The Buyer will cover the shipping costs for their order. For local businesses within a 20-mile radius of The Home Farm's address, delivery will be free of charge.Return and Refund Policy3.1 Returns: Returns are only accepted if products are damaged or broken upon receipt. The Buyer must provide proof of damage to qualify for a return for a refund or replacement order (photos emailed are an acceptable form of proof). No other returns or refunds will be accepted. The Home Farm will cover shipping for the damaged products replacements.Intellectual Property4.1 Use of Intellectual Property: All intellectual property, including but not limited to trademarks, logos, and branding materials, remains the exclusive property of The Home Farm. The Buyer is not permitted to use any intellectual property without explicit written permission from The Home Farm.Termination5.1 Termination by Buyer: The Buyer may terminate this Agreement at any time prior to the payment being made and products being shipped. 5.2 Termination by Seller: The Home Farm reserves the right to terminate this Agreement at any time if the Buyer uses the Seller’s intellectual property without permission or fails to fulfill the agreed payment terms. 5.3 Order Cancellation: If the invoice has been paid and the order has already been shipped or received, the Agreement cannot be terminated and the order cannot be canceled.Dispute Resolution6.1 Resolution: Disputes arising from this Agreement will be resolved between the parties.
